Mother of the Year Award

Wow!  I am officially a horrible blogger!  Not that I really blog but i'd like to think that I try to! I still don't get it so it frustrates me more than anything!  How does everyone get all there pictures where they want them to go.  Oh well.  We have had a busy few months.  Nothing to exciting just the usual.  Christmas was amazing!  The kids had a blast...Piper asked for a suprise from Santa and Kohen asked for venom (which almost gave Santa a panic attack when it came time to find how to "make" a venom doll and find it).  But everything worked out great.  We also got some much over due pictures!  Seriously I am the worst mom ever!  I should start a blog about all the things that I don't do that I should do and I could make a fortune!  So when my kids look back at their life there will be no pictures or fancy craft projects, awesome scrapbooks to remind them of all the things that we did, I guess I am storing them in my memory...too bad I have a horrible memory, or so I have been told.  I think I took one picture of Christmas and then I accidentally deleted it. We also didn't really do to much over christmas...just played with toys and such.  Piper was off track so I thought of cool things to do, keyword thought....and they never really happened.  Really where does all the time go and how does everyone have so much of it?  Another horrible thing I did...i'll blame this on my fantastic memory or maybe its my procastinatorness in me, but I really thought piper didn't start school until the beginning or February so needless to say she missed a whole extra week of school!  Ya I win the mother of the year award practically every day!  I did the same thing on Valentines and I got a memo that there was no dance so I didn't take her and it ment no dance not NO gymnastics!!! Hello whatever happened to reading between the lines?!  Speaking of Valentines we had heart pancakes, which the kids and I enjoyed thoroughly.  Piper had a party at school where we made love bugs....they were pretty cute.  I've never been to a elementary party...those moms go all out!  Again not going to win any awards here!  It was a great day until my sweet little Piper reminded me that she never gave Valentines to her brother, or her dad, or her grandparents.  Thats a big OOPs!  But at least they got one, right? Right?  Well until my next adventures of horrible motherness here are the cutest pictures ever!

This post is all for Piper.  This is Piper's first bad word.  I guess she said it a few days ago on the playground at school.  Its nice that I was informed about it at the grocery store!  Of all places!  It is quite funny and I am thankful that HELL was the so called chosen word of all swear words to use!  So I had a talk with Piper and let her know about dirty words and that we need to use other words like heck, dang, or even phrases like 'oh man', or 'oh rats'.  I feel like all is going well and we pull up to the house and park, she looks outside and says What the Hell?! Papa is home! Seriously what do you say to that!?  So I gave her the whole spill on bad words again.  Problem solved!  WRONG!  I go to pick her up from her friend Paiges house and what does her mom tell me? She said it twice at her house!  ARG!  So my thoughts are I will be a mean mom and put hot sauce in her mouth anytime she says a bad word.  Not the crazy hot sauce that will burn your skin if you so much as get inches away from it, just the mild green sauce that I think is pretty hot.  And hello!  I am not a child abuser and I don't want to go to jail, but I figure this will do the trick, she will hate it so much she will never swear again!  I put a drop on my hand put it in her mouth....Yummy mommy that is good I want more! So you know what I am thinking!?  What the HELL! 

here we go again

So it has been so long since my last update that I don't even remember how to save my pictures from my email to this blog...so no pictures.  Please feel free to skip ahead!  Just a fun update on whats been going on.  Well Halloween has come and gone..pictures soon to follow in later updates....it was fun!  It was a beautiful day!  It was the first halloween since i can't remember when that it wasn't snowing/freezing/windy you name it!  Piper was a witch...surprise surprise!  And Kohen was Spiderman!  Surprise!  I am starting to worry about Pipers love of witches:) I just think it is so funny that she picks the same thing every year!  Adam and I dressed up as well! I was a witch!  You wonder where she gets it from and Adam was Batman!  Kohen loved it!  We just the normal stuff that day, well I guess as normal as it can get when Piper has to go to school.  Other than that we really haven't done anything to exciting.  But I guess boring is good. 

Kohen turns the big THREE!!!

Whoa Peter Parker!! Kohen is three can you beleive it?  So sad that my little baby is a little boy now.  Well he's still a baby to me.  What a sweetheart and such a loving little boy, most of the time.  Kohen sure has a temper and is so stubborn!  But he can be the opposite as well.  Right now you have the tendency of folding your arms or laying on the ground and you will not move until you get what you want, and that is also followed with a "i dont like you" or a "leave me alone" comment.  You decided to be potty trained on your birthday and everything went really well!  We had a fun day!  We woke up and opened presents.  The we got doughnuts as you requested to eat from Beyond Glaze and ate them at the park.  Then we went to Raging Waters.  We had so much fun there!  After that we came home and got all ready and went to Fat Cats for dinner and bowling.  I never knew how much you like bowling!  If we did I am sure that we would go A LOT more!  You sure are a funny kid!  As we were bowling you said, "I'm good at dis!" then you grabbed Pipers hands and said, "clap for me i'm good" What a hoot!  But then same thing today as you where in the bath with piper and you where fighting as normal and I had to come be the ref.  I told you that you needed to tell Piper sorry for hitting and biting her and tell her that you love her very much.  You then said "piper I sorry and I love just a little bit" Are you kidding me!?  So I told you to say it again but this time that you love piper very much, "Piper i just love you a little bit" My word!  I have no clue what to say about that, other than STUBBORN!  We love you so much Kohen and are so glad that you are in our family!  You make everyday an adventure for us, wheither it is freezing us with Spidermans webs or turning into Green Goblin every night for dinner or turning into the kissing monster and attacking us we love every second of it!  You make sure we never have a dull moment!

Before I do that I must note that you are still tiny, I haven't taken you to your well check up yet, but are still fitting into 12 mo clothes!  We buy you 2T so you have more selection, but im sure it will take you a while to get to the right size.

Favorite toy: Anything Spiderman, for your birthday you wanted a Spiderman vroom vroom(motorcycle) and that was it!

Favorite food:  Doughnuts....sad but true
